In order to get an accurate idea of your options, we need to get details of your income and expenditure. For this reason, it is important to be aware of your current balances/payments on any credit commitments (including mortgage/s where applicable), and have your latest 3 months payslips to hand for all those on the mortgage. If you are self-employed, we will need the latest 3 years taxable income. If you are in receipt of Child/ Working Tax Credits, or any Department for Work and Pensions benefits, please have your latest bank statement to hand.
